Cowboys Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic Barista and Cafe Attendant to join our Podium Cafe Team, located at the Cowboys Training Fields.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other hot and cold beverages

Prepare and serve cabinet foods items

Handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems

Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and other relevant regulations

Actively contributing to a positive and collaborative team setting

Daily set up and pack down of Cafe

About you

Strong barista and customer service skills

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Incredibly reliable

A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our patrons

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)





A current Food Handlers Certificate or the ability to obtain

Internal upskilling and training prospects

Staff Loyalty/Reward Program
