Lead, motivate, and coach the counter team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences. Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual and team targets. Maintain the counter’s visual merchandising and presentation to reflect Dolce & Gabbana’s brand standards. Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Share expert product knowledge across fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare. Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment. Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance skills and product knowledge.
