GF James Plumbing is a well-established and expanding plumbing company servicing residential, commercial and strata clients across Sydney. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organised professional to join our team as our Customer Service & Office Manager .

This is a key position within our company, suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while keeping office operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Answering and professionally managing all incoming phone calls
Responding to customer enquiries and booking service jobs
Recording and tracking current customer leads
Raising invoices and processing payments
General office administration, including managing office equipment and supplies
Assisting the accounts team with administrative tasks
Supporting daily workflow and job coordination

Skills & Attributes Required
Excellent phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled,



confident and assertive approach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Effective, proactive and able to prioritise tasks
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Quick learner with a strong desire to grow and improve
Marketing knowledge (advantageous)
Experience with SimPro Job Management software (highly regarded but not essential)

Experience in a trade-based or service business will be viewed favourably.
