You will lead multi-site sales teams across lifestyle communities and development projects, shaping strategy from acquisition through to launch, peak performance and close-out, while delivering an exceptional customer journey.

This hands-on leadership role requires solid sales leadership, forecasting, and stakeholder management across Marketing, Development, and Operations.
