As a Shift Leader at GYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. Your role will see you leading, coaching and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

Availability:

Overnight shifts, with starts from 10pm and finishes at 6am.

Qualifications & Experience

Leadership or supervisory experience in a quick-paced environment

A track record of providing outstanding customer service

Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate

Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course

Additional Information Training will commence prior to the restaurant opening in our surrounding GYG Restaurants.

Training will commence before the restaurant opening in February 2027 (or January 2027 as noted).
