Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
Configure HR workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and notifications.
Build and enhance HR Service Catalogs, Record Producers, HR templates, and employee-facing experiences.
Develop integrations with enterprise HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where applicable.
Support HRSD enhancements, defect resolution, testing, deployments, and platform upgrades.
Work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.





Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and configuration.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ACLs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Understanding of HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.
Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or relevant HRSD implementation certification
