and visitors with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct phone calls and general email enquiries Provide administrative support to staff and faculty teams Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain reception area presentation and assist with event coordination when required Support general office and data entry tasks as needed About You:
