The Pharmacy Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the pharmacy runs smoothly. /n
Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their enquiries and provide information about products and services /n
Support pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory /n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy workplace /n
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently /n
Handle stock management, including receiving and shelving deliveries /n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations /n
Participate in training and development activities as required /n /n
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent /n
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential /n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills /n
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently /n
Basic numeracy and literacy skills /n
A keen interest in healthcare and pharmacy practices /n
