SEEK Australia is seeking a hands-on Assistant Director / 2IC to help prepare a current childcare centre for opening and to support its ongoing operation. This off-the-floor leadership role focuses on administration, family engagement and the Centre’s development in its early days.
You will work closely with the Director to establish systems, processes and a welcoming enrolment experience for families while also guiding the team through staff recruitment and daily operations.
