Tandoor & Thai is seeking a Chef – Indo-Thai Fusion to lead a busy kitchen in Whittlesea, VIC. You will plan menus in consultation with management and cook a wide range of Indian, tandoor, Thai-inspired and fusion dishes.

Key duties include operating the tandoor, ensuring food safety, training staff and coordinating kitchen activities during service. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required for a full time role.
