This is a excellent chance for someone who enjoys supporting injured workers, managing workers' compensation claims and helping people achieve positive return-to-work outcomes. The role will involve:
Managing workers' compensation claims and RTW plans
Supporting employees and managers through the injury management process
Liaising with insurers, medical professionals and other stakeholders
Coordinating suitable duties and workplace adjustments
Supporting injury prevention and wellbeing initiatives What we're looking for:
Experience in injury management and return to work coordination
Sound knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
RTW Coordinator certification
Experience in healthcare, disability or community services would be advantageous
