Required Skills:
A minimum of 12 months recent experience as a Bogger Operator
Competence in conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting faults
Strong skills in managing spillage and sump bogging
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and environmental awareness
Right to work in Australia
Valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence
Nice to Have Skills:
High saftey standards with a zero harm approach
Ability to identify and enhance operational efficiency
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience residing and working in Western Australia
Relevant certifications in equipment operation
Other Requirements:
Must be based in or open to relocating to Western Australia, or willing to FIFO interstate at own cost
