We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outbound sales team in our Melbourne office.

Working Hours and Compensation
Full time employment with competitive base wage
Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Typical working hours: 10am to 7:00 pm
On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $120,000 - $140,000+ annually, including monthly bonuses based on achieving or exceeding targets.

Requirements
Prior experience in sales or appointment setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with energy is a plus but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
