The role

As Store Manager, you'll lead the Glenhaven store and its team day to day. You'll:




Drive sales and profitability, setting the plan to hit store targets
Recruit, train and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service
Manage stock levels and ordering
Run the store budget and keep expenses on track
Keep the store looking its best, in line with our visual standards
Build lasting relationships with our customers

About you
Solid retail management experience with a track record of hitting sales targets
A confident leader who motivates and develops their team
Commercially minded, comfortable using data to make decisions
Experienced with inventory management and budgets
A customer-first approach and a love of quality products
