ShawX Manufacturing is seeking a proactive Team Leader - Production to guide our assembly and manufacturing team in Cleveland, QLD. You will coordinate daily production activities, optimize workflow, and uphold our quality and safety standards to meet delivery targets.
You will lead a hands-on team, drive Lean initiatives, mentor operators, and collaborate with Engineering and other operations to improve productivity and workmanship across the facility.
