Component Industries is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working setting.
Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
