Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies, establish sales targets and monitor business

performance.
Identify recent market opportunities, develop commercial partnerships and strengthen

customer relationships.
Analyse sales trends and competitor activities to maximise revenue and customer

loyalty.

Franchise Development and Expansion
Develop and implement strategies to promote franchise prospects and attract

potential franchisees.
Identify potential franchise markets and support the expansion of the Old Man Pho

restaurant network.
Oversee franchise marketing campaigns, lead generation and prospective franchisee

relationships.

Retail Product Expansion
Develop sales and marketing strategies for the planned launch of packaged products,

including pho broth and rice noodles.
Identify potential supermarket, grocery and wholesale distribution partners.
Conduct market research and develop product positioning, pricing and promotional

strategies.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Management
Direct marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, websites and other

advertising channels.




Develop brand positioning strategies to increase brand awareness, customer

engagement and loyalty.
Monitor marketing performance and implement strategies to improve campaign

effectiveness.

Team Leadership and Performance Management
Direct and coordinate sales and marketing activities undertaken by staff and external

agencies.
Develop marketing budgets, establish KPIs and monitor sales and marketing

performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior

management.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management or business development.
Experience in hospitality, or retail distribution is highly regarded.
Solid knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, market research and brand

management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to develop commercial strategies, manage budgets and achieve business growth

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
