What you'll do

Prepare and cook dishes to agreed specifications, following recipes and plating standards consistently

Assist senior chefs with food preparation including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking techniques

Maintain a clean and organised station, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Support the broader kitchen team during service, responding quickly to orders and priorities

Receive feedback and training constructively, taking ownership of your skill development

Contribute ideas for menu improvements and operational efficiencies

Who we're looking for You’ll have:

A genuine interest in cooking and hospitality, with foundational culinary knowledge or formal training

A current





Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

(or willingness to obtain one)

Physical stamina to work on your feet during busy shifts

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude with kitchen staff

Reliability and punctuality- we need people we can depend on

Experience in a skilled kitchen is ideal but not essential if you're keen to learn
