Key Duties & Responsibilities

The role involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Client Services
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, desired styles, and treatment options.
Perform haircuts, blow-drying, colouring, foiling, balayage, chemical straightening, keratin treatments, hair extensions and other advanced hair services.
Provide expert recommendations on products, treatments, and maintenance techniques suited to individual client needs.
Deliver a qualified, personalised experience to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Salon Operations
Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic workstation in compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Keep up to date with the latest techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge to deliver contemporary and innovative services.
Manage time effectively to ensure client appointments run smoothly and efficiently.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.

Teamwork & Training




Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver seamless salon experiences.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

To perform successfully in this role, the Hairdresser is required to have:
A Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent international qualification).
At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience as a qualified hairdresser.
Advanced technical skills in cutting, colouring, foiling, and styling techniques.
Solid product knowledge and the ability to advise clients on suitable homecare

regimens.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
The ability to work independently while also contributing to the overall team

environment.
A passion for learning and staying up to date with evolving industry trends.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience:
Senior Hair Stylist: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
