We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Cairns-based team. This is a full time position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a small team environment, and is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with current and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
Assist with showroom presentation and customer walk-ins
Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales or customer service (hospitality or equipment sales a bonus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
Basic computer skills (email, quoting systems, etc.)
