We are a busy, well-loved local café in the heart of Parramatta. We've been serving great coffee and food to office workers and local families for 10 years. We're looking for an experienced full-time barista to join our team.
About you
6+ months of hands-on barista experience, with consistent quality and valuable latte art
Outgoing and friendly. You can have a laugh with customers while keeping it professional
You thrive in a quick-paced environment and stay calm during the morning rush
A natural multitasker who always keeps the customer in mind
Well presented, with good verbal communication skills
Available Monday to Friday
What you'll do
Prepare high-quality espresso drinks with consistent taste and presentation, including latte art
Make cold drinks such as iced coffees, smoothies, milkshakes and specialty drinks
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service. Take orders, handle payments and look after regulars
Keep the coffee station and work areas clean,
tidy and food-protected throughout the day
Clean and maintain coffee equipment, including the espresso machine, grinders and blenders
Monitor stock levels and help with ordering coffee, milk and other supplies
Support the team with other front-of-house duties when needed
What we offer
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
$28–$32 per hour plus super, depending on experience
