We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our busy and professional kitchen team.

Key Duties:
Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals.
Plan and develop menus in consultation with management.
Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
Manage food preparation and portion control.
Check the quality of ingredients and food supplies.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Train and supervise kitchen staff where required.
Assist with managing kitchen operations during busy service periods.

Requirements:




Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Strong commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality.
