Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about the menu
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers' tables
Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
Process customer payments and handle cash transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area

Qualifications:




must have experience in waiting
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: Bartending experience is a plus, but not required for this position.
