If you like to use your brain but don't want to sit at a desk all day, this could be for you.

We're a pasture-fed meat business selling online, by home delivery and at farmers markets. We're looking for an organised, reliable person to run our Warriewood warehouse. It's a steady weekday role, Monday to Friday, 7am to 2:30pm, with real responsibility and variety, without the head noise and restrictions of a big distribution centre.

The role is a positive balance of physical work in the warehouse and cold rooms, and desk work: recording stock, keeping our website accurate and importantly - consistently improving how we do things.

You will be responsible for:
All stock movements (receiving and dispatch)
Picking and packing online and delivery orders
Allocating stock to our farmers markets and deliveries, and handling returns to our Somersby production facility
Daily liaison with our Head Butcher at Somersby
Keeping website (BigCommerce) inventory and pricing up to date
Setting up delivery runs in Detrack, and backup delivery driving when needed
Weekly stocktakes, stock rotation and cold room hygiene
Ordering dry goods and warehouse supplies, and scheduling vehicle servicing
Supervising a casual warehouse assistant (to be appointed)
Improving our processes,



including using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude

About you:
Organised, independent and has a passion for getting things right
Enjoys numbers and data, and is confident with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Comfortable with computers and keen to use AI in the workplace
Good communicator with the Director, Head Butcher and customers
Fit and able to lift boxes and crates up to 20kg and work in cold rooms
Holds a current driver licence (manual or MR licence an advantage)

No certificates needed, as we'll train the right person.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am start.

What we offer:
$65,000 to $85,000 per year + super, depending on experience
