Global Healthcare & Multi-skills College is a Registered Training Organisation. Currently, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our energetic team to deliver and assess the following courses:
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services
Duties include but are not limited to:
Deliver engaging and interactive face to face training according to training plans
Monitor and support student progress by ensuring comprehensive training planning, skilled delivery & required assessment of all registered students
Offer constructive feedback and support to students to aid their learning and skilled growth
Conduct practical skills sessions
Maintain accurate and thorough student academic progress records and assessment documentation
Assist with industry validation of the program
Possess time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work with timetables
Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment
Necessary qualifications:
· Hold the relevant vocational qualification to teach (equivalent or higher)
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) including LLN units (or willing to proceed for qualification)
· Relevant/current industry experience
