About the role
VDG are seeking experienced cleaning staff. The position requires working over a five day roster - day, night shifts.
Key responsibilities
Office cleaning duties.
Periodical cleaning duties strip and seal, window cleaning,
Operating a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
The ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A qualified and honest approach to work.
Be able to follow health and safety regulations.
Requirements of the Role
Minimum 3 years cleaning experience.
Training in the protected use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skilled in the use of electronic reporting tools.
Experience in compliance with auditing procedures is highly desirable.
Full drivers’ licence.
You must be able to pass a criminal history check and a working with children check.
A keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Understanding of OH&S; processes and procedures.
