HIDDEN GROUNDS MIRANDA is seeking a reliable Cook to prepare quality breakfast and lunch café dishes and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes with consistent quality, presentation and portion sizes.
Complete daily food preparation and organise ingredients for service.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including secure storage, temperature control and allergen handling.
Keep workstations, equipment and food preparation areas clean and organised.
Monitor stock freshness, rotate ingredients and minimise waste.
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver timely, accurate orders.

About you




Relevant experience as a cook in a café, restaurant or similar kitchen.
Confidence preparing breakfast and lunch dishes during busy service periods.
A sound understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Positive organisation, communication and teamwork skills.
A reliable approach and attention to detail.
