You will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living assistance as required.
Support clients with community access, appointments, and social activities.
Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.
Build positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records and follow individual support plans.
Promote clients' independence, dignity, and choice.
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to supporting others.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Relevant checks and clearances as required for support work.
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support is desirable but not essential.
