Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department, safeguard hotel assets, and drive safety, efficiency and guest experience. You will manage a dedicated team, coordinate contractors and ensure programs meet WH&S; and statutory requirements.

You will play a strategic role in sustainability initiatives and capital works, reporting to the General Manager and contributing to Accor’s standards of service.
