About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Café Cook / Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The role is suited to someone who works well under pressure and has experience in a rapid-paced brunch environment.
Main Duties Include:
Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch menu items
Food preparation and stock rotation
Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
Assisting with kitchen opening and closing procedures
Following food safety and hygiene requirements
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Assisting with ordering and stock control where required
Requirements
Minimum 2 year café or commercial kitchen experience
Experience with breakfast/brunch service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Understanding of food safety practices
Must have Australian work rights
