About the role

Lead, train and roster a team of staff. Run fast, friendly service, especially through the lunch rush. Manage stock, ordering and occasionally assist BOH with food prep and portion control. Keep labour costs on target. Uphold food safety and cleaning standards.

About you
Previous hospitality management experience is essential
Robust leader in a high-volume workplace
Understands food cost and rostering to budget
Available weekdays and weekends as needed
