We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Client Manager with strong technology services sales experience to develop strategic client relationships and drive growth across existing accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the IT services landscape, builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and knows how to turn client needs into opportunities for long-term business growth.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue across key clients.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify upselling, cross-selling and recent service opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand client business priorities and connect them with relevant technology and consulting solutions.
Partner with consulting and delivery teams to develop client solutions and maximise account value.
Manage account pipelines, forecasts and commercial negotiations to achieve growth targets.
