As a Warehouse Pick/Packer & Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing top-notch customer support. You’ll work in a quick-paced workplace, picking and packing products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
⁠Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized and clean workspace
Restock shelves and rotate inventory
Cycle counting
⁠Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals

Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat)
Provide product information and recommendations

To be considered you must have:
Strong communication skills and a team player
Robust attention to detail
Minimum 1 year experience in picking and packing
literacy and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
Must be reliable with a positive attitude
Musty be physically fit and hard working
LF forklift license.
