With an established international presence, including distribution through Nordstrom and David Jones in Australia, this is a excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who loves premium customer experiences, driving sales and building a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone with energy, passion and resilience who wants to play an active role in growing a successful store!

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Multi-Site Manager in driving the performance of the Paddington store
Helping recruit, develop and build a high-performing team
Coaching and inspiring the team on the shop floor
Driving sales, conversion and individual team performance
Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience
Bringing the brand and product story to life through engaging customer interactions
Leading from the front with a robust sales focus
Supporting daily store operations, presentation and standards
Using store KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
Maximising every customer opportunity, including store-to-door sales




Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence

About You
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or strong Senior Sales Assistant
A proven background in sales and premium customer service
Confident coaching, motivating and developing a team
Commercially minded, with an understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance
Proactive, hands-on and highly visible on the shop floor
A natural storyteller who can confidently communicate brand and product knowledge
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy to every shift
Ambitious, resilient and passionate about building a successful store
