The OpportunityIn the role of Manager (Operational Integration), you will support the Director (Operational Integration) to lead and coordinate the successful transition of The Wave (Rail) project from delivery into operational readiness. You will ensure that all elements required for secure, reliable, and efficient operations - including people, processes, systems - are prepared and aligned for service commencement.
Working closely with technical, operational, and delivery teams, you will provide oversight and direction to ensure operational readiness and integration requirements are embedded throughout project delivery. You will support the development and implementation of readiness and integration activities, including training, processes, systems updates, and transition planning, to ensure the project is fully prepared for operational service.
You will model behaviours and attitudes aligned with TMR's values and contribute to a positive team culture, meeting of team and personal accountability expectations, and modelling the standards of qualified behaviour.
