The Position
Lead Delta FM’s national statutory compliance and assurance framework.
Oversee statutory maintenance, compliance auditing, corrective actions and regulatory change.
Partner with operational leaders, HSEQ, trade nominees and technical specialists to identify risks and drive improvements.
The Person
Robust experience across facilities management, engineering, maintenance or technical compliance.
Demonstrated knowledge of statutory maintenance, auditing, compliance and assurance processes.
A confident communicator and leader who can work across multiple sites and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
