Ensuring a skilled and service based Hospitality culture is maintained by the Housekeeping team with a focus on providing exceptional service and quality
Providing and maintaining a protected work workplace for both staff and guests
Motivate, train and manage other staff in this department
Coordinate and oversee both rooms and public areas cleaning schedules
Rostering and timesheets
Daily allocation of rooms
Financial controls of stock and purchasing
