The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking an Improvement Facilitator to lead quality improvement initiatives within the national PCOC program. You will support evidence-based practice, strengthen data quality, benchmarking and palliative care outcomes across healthcare providers, contributing to improved patient care.

You will drive capability building, deliver education and foster collaborations across the health sector, reporting to the PCOC team at UOW.
