The Fair Work Ombudsman in Australia seeks a Senior Lawyer (EL1) to lead civil penalty litigation, advise on complex workplace relations issues and supervise junior lawyers. Expect solid stakeholder relationships, risk management and advocacy in court.

Applicants should have a Law degree, admission or eligibility for admission to the Supreme Court and High Court, and a practising certificate. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.
