SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple Customer Service Officers to join their Perth Airport team.

The opportunity

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support business customers across a mix of inbound phone calls, emails and live web chat , giving you plenty of variety throughout your day
You'll help customers with everything from general enquiries to resolving issues, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and deliver a excellent customer experience.
You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team where you'll build your problem-solving skills, learn current systems and work towards customer service and quality targets.
About you
We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering great customer service. Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in customer service, administration,



reception or another phone-based role
Contact centre experience is highly regarded
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Confidence using computers and learning recent systems
Great attention to detail and multitasking skills
A positive, team-focused attitude

What's on offer?
$67,000 + Super
Permanent, full-time position
Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm no weekends
Perth Airport location
2 4 weeks of structured training
One WFH day per week once trained and meeting performance milestones
