Role Description This is a full time Sales Representative role based in South Regional NSW, Sydney South Coast and Sydney South West. The Sales Representative will manage and grow relationships with retailers and other stakeholders, promoting Terra Mater’s flooring solutions. Day-to-day activities include identifying new sales opportunities, conducting customer visits, product presentations and responding to enquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and stock availability, and providing feedback on market trends.



The Sales Representative will be expected to meet sales targets, represent Terra Mater professionally, and support marketing initiatives such as trade events and showroom displays. Qualifications
• Solid sales and account management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
• Experience preferred in the flooring industry, with the ability to understand product features and customer needs.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients and influencing purchasing decisions.
• Organisational and time-management abilities, including planning customer visits, managing multiple accounts, and updating CRM tools.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM software) and comfort working in a hybrid office/remote setting.
• Valid driver’s license essential and willingness to travel for client visits.
• Prior experience in a sales representative or similar customer-facing role; relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications in business or sales are an advantage.
