As a Warehouse Pick/Packer & Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing top-notch customer support. You’ll work in a rapid-paced environment, picking and packing products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized and clean workspace
Restock shelves and rotate inventory
Cycle counting
Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals

Customer Service:




Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat)
Provide product information and recommendations

To be considered you must have:
Strong communication skills and a team player
Solid attention to detail
Minimum 1 year experience in picking and packing
literacy and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
Must bereliable with a positive attitude
Musty be physically fit and hard working
