Cartel Taqueria in Ulladulla is hiring two cooks to join our opening team. You will work under our Head Chef and Sous Chef on a rapid-paced lunch and dinner service, focusing on food preparation, safety standards and teamwork.

We trade Thursday to Sunday, with lunch from 12 pm and dinner from 5 pm; Wednesday is a prep day. After opening, four days on, three off; expect availability over Christmas 2026 and January 2027.
