OAC Supplies is seeking a hands-on State Manager to lead our five Victorian stores in Geelong, Pakenham, Croydon, Dandenong and Keilor. You will drive performance, lead teams, and strengthen customer and supplier relationships.
You'll manage day-to-day operations, oversee P&L;, negotiate terms, and identify growth prospects while travelling regularly to sites to ensure consistent standards and service.
