WA Health's Regional Palliative Care Service is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care for a fixed-term 0.8 FTE position based at Hedland Health Campus in the Pilbara. You will deliver autonomous clinical care, undertake comprehensive assessments, prescribe medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary referrals for holistic, person-centred care.
