Infinite Aged Care Edge Hill is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to lead our clinical team in a rapid-paced aged care setting. This full time role reports to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager while supervising our caring team.
You will ensure residents receive the highest quality clinical care and oversee care needs, documentation and assessments in line with best practice.
