360 Personnel is seeking experienced 2nd Class Welders / Fabricators for multiple workshop-based prospects across Brisbane. These positions involve MIG and TIG welding, fabrication and assembly of metal products. Opportunities are available for welders with experience working with aluminium, stainless steel or general metal components.

Key responsibilities
MIG and TIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel and other metal components
Fabricating and assembling products to specifications
Manufacturing stairs, platforms, walkways and handrail systems
Cutting, shaping, bending and preparing materials
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans
Measuring and checking completed products
Grinding, finishing and preparing welded components
Working across different workshop and production stations




Completing quality inspections
Maintaining a clean and secure work area

About you
Previous MIG and TIG welding experience
Fabrication or workshop experience
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Sound metal assembly and fabrication skills
Solid attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transport and consistent attendance
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to complete a weld test before commencement
Aluminium fabrication and welding experience highly regarded
