The organisation is a reputable distribution business known for its strong operational performance and customer-focused approach. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team in the Greater Western Sydney region.

Job Description
Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations across Receiving, Dispatch and Inventory.
Manage and support a team of approximately 40 employees through three Team Leaders.
Coordinate labour hire requirements, rostering and workforce planning.
Approve timesheets and monitor attendance and productivity.
Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement throughout the warehouse.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day warehouse issues.




Support inbound and outbound operations to ensure service levels are achieved.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain a smooth and effective warehouse operation.

The Successful Applicant
Warehouse leadership experience within a distribution or warehouse environment.
Current Forklift Licence.
Solid knowledge of receiving, dispatch, and inventory operations.
Experience managing teams and labour hire staff.
Hands-on management style with excellent communication skills.
Exposure to WMS and Microsoft Office systems.
Ability to drive safety, productivity, and team performance.

What's on Offer
Monday to Friday role 7:00am - 3:00pm and an immediate start available.
Competitive hourly rate with occasionally overtime.
