The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a quality residential portfolio within a stable and supportive team. This is a role where you can focus on what you do best, with strong administrative support, streamlined systems and a team-oriented team behind you. Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the end-to-end management of your residential portfolio.
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Oversee maintenance, repairs and general property care.
Ensure legislative compliance and best-practice procedures.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or experienced Property Manager.
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, professional and solutions-focused.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
