Creative Support is seeking caring and proactive individuals to provide personal care to two service users in Wellinborough. You will liaise with district nurses and health professionals, carrying out identified tasks with an outcome-focused approach to meet changing needs.
The role includes medication assistance and helping the service user with activities within the community. We offer both full time and part time positions with travel to clients’ homes in the community, plus training toward a
